Biography of
ROBERT J. MCFADDEN

Robert J. McFadden currently serves as the CEO of Quadrant Thinking Inc., a government procurement, sales force modeling, data solutions, and healthcare consulting firm that offers strategic advice and analysis in achieving specific business goals and objectives.

Until May 2005, Mr. McFadden held the position of Executive Solutions Consultant for IMS Health, the nation's leading health care data company. Mr. McFadden's responsibilities included providing strategic guidance to company Vice Presidents, Directors, and Account Managers concerning the integration of managed care solutions within the healthcare and government market space.

Prior to that, he held the position of Neuroscience Regional Sales Manager with Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Mr. McFadden's responsibilities included business plan development, developmental counseling, budgeting, and increasing overall profitability within the Northeast Region.

Competitive maneuvering and major client development have been the focus of Mr. McFadden's career. He spent over 18 years in various management positions including: Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Training & Development Manager, and National Accounts Manager, and National Sales Director. He traveled extensively throughout the country and managed $125-$350 million in companies' resources.

Earlier in his career, he was selected to sit on the Republican National Committee Healthcare Advisory Board. He provided counsel and insight surrounding healthcare policy concerns from the private sector perspective.

One of Mr. McFadden's career highlights included a live CNN televised panel discussion on Social Security reform with President George W. Bush in January ‘05. He has since served, at the White House request, as a surrogate speaker on financial literacy. He was also invited to be a guest in the First Lady's box during the State of the Union Address.

He and his wife and two daughters, live in Medford, NJ.
