ROBERT J. MCFADDEN
Robert J. McFadden is a principal of Quadrant Thinking and has over 15 years of experience in business procurement and strategic development. During the course of his professional success, Robert has held the positions of; Solutions Consultant, Neuroscience Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Marketing Training & Development Manager, and National Accounts Manager impacting $350 million of company resources. IMS Health and Novartis were the beneficiaries of Robert’s nation leading performance before joining Quadrant Thinking.
Several career highlights are as follows;
- Participated in an internationally televised (CNN) panel discussion on Social Security reform with President George W. Bush in January ‘05.
- Served as a surrogate speaker on financial literacy at the request of the White House.
- Invited to sit on the Republican National Committee Healthcare Advisory Board.
- President George W. Bush extended an invitation to be a guest in the First Lady’s box during the State of the Union Address
Robert resides in Medford, NJ with his wife and two children.
DAVID J. BYRD
David is a principal at Quadrant Thinking and has over 20 years of experience navigating the halls of government and impacting the political landscape. He is a two time Presidential appointee and a three time gubernatorial appointee, having served in the Administrations of: President George H.W. Bush (41) and President George W. Bush (43); NJ Governors Tom Kean and Christie Whitman; and Maryland Governor Bob Ehrlich and Lt. Governor Michael Steele. Earlier in his career, David was a valuable asset to the NJ Republican State Committee and the RNC.
Several career highlights are as follows;
- In 2001, PoliticsNJ.com named him one of the top 50 fifty political strategists.
- In May 2000, Rowan University presented him with the Outstanding Alumnus of the Graduate Public Relations Program.
- In October 1999, the New Jersey Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce named Mr. Byrd “Public Sector Advocate of the Year” for his accomplishments within New Jersey state government on small business policy.
- In June 1999, The Network Journal honored David as one of its chosen “40 under 40” -- 40 professionals under the age of 40 who had an impact on small business development in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
David and his wife live in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
